Gladius bar risers

Tried doing some searching on this but couldn't find quite that I was looking for.

Can anybody recommend how to raise the height of the bars on a 2009 Gladius? I find the riding position a bit too laid down and consequently uncomfortable at the moment and would rather sit up a bit more. The previous owner put on some renthal bars, so this might affect my options a bit? I've been in touch with Matt from TopYokes who has been helpful and said I could send him my current yoke but wondered about alternative options and thoughts?

Put a poor picture to show current bars, can take a better one if it's helpful.
Cheers!

What model of Renthals are on there? They vary in rise quite a bit. If you have the ultra low or flat ones then going for the medium or high would raise you up a bit.

When I sit a test and the answer seems obvious I worry that I've missed out some vital detail. Anyway:

These are expensive handlebar risers for a Gladius (cheaper ones are available):

You can get risers that just, well...rise and you can also get them that pull back (make the bars closer to you). If you alter the height of your bars you will probably need new cables (clutch and maybe throttle). Electrical cables usually have enough free length.

Handlebars tend to be either 22mm or 25mm dia as a general rule if you were thinking of changing your bars.

Thanks for the advice.

So it seems as though the current Renthal bars are the "low" variety (model 754?). So I'm thinking I might try some "high" bars as I should be able to just swap or do you think I'll need longer cables?
