Took the swingarm off and took the rear cushion off aswell to check the spacers and bearings and give them a grease up so trying to put it back together now but where theres 2 washers that have to go in with the linkage at the front im having trouble getting them back in, has anyone come across this problem before and how did you get it all back in? Thanks

Re: Rear suspension linkage/cushion
I'm guessing you meam the two washers that protect the frame lugs. Try having the washers protruding from the lugs, they will probably stick to the lugs with a little grease to free up your hands, before offering the linkage up and then try and wiggle the linkage and washers in. Under no circumstances should you leave a washer, or washers out. The washers stop the steel bush damaging the relatively soft frame lugs and tightening the bolt without the washers in can crack the lugs.

Re: Rear suspension linkage/cushion
Brilliant thank you, i will give that a go by putting some grease on the washers so they stick to the lugs first then try that way. Ill let you know how i get on.

Re: Rear suspension linkage/cushion
Quick update managed to FINALLY get it back in place after an hour. Tried a few methods but ended up holding the washers onto the cushion with the washers higher than where there meant to be and pushed it in between the pegs until it was tight then softly tapped it with a rubber mallet until it was in place then manoeuvred the washers so they lined up with the holes. Thank you for your help
