Trying to get me knee down, any tips?

Hi all!

Ive been out today, for an hour or so, dodging the rain, trying to get my knee down, but after many times around a local scratchin haunt (wrigley roundabout in plymouth, for any body who knows it) i had no joy!!!!!!!!!!

Really frustratin!

Was talkin to myself as i went round  , and after a while found my self comin off at a junction on full throttle in sheer frustration, before gettin half way up the road before sayin "one more go!" and turnin arond and havin a go but with no joy, that happened 5 times before the fuel lght halted my progress!

Any tips????

Regards Matty

The big roundabout coming from Tavistock to Plymouth is good for it providing there is no traffic. You need to come on the trackday for instruction lol..

Doh!

Do a search in the archives for some of the old articles on 'body position' and you'll soon get the hang of it!
