I think that Admin should hold a club bank account with John Tapley as treasurer if he is willing.

The account number and sort code is posted on the site

We can then:

post cheques to John the admin bod
Use paypal to send money to admin email
use internet banking direct to club account
even send postal orders for us bad lads who cant have bank accounts, (oh just me then) :oops:

It doesnt really matter how it is paid as long as it gets there

With Wheelnut et al. Banks are easy. Most have onlione banking and can transfer mponey with ease and free of charge.

I've heard too many Paypal horror stories to trust that paricular method of payment. :(

A bank account sounds like a good idea to me.

All sounds fine to me, as long as admin is OK with this as we seem to be putting work in his direction and he does enough for us free of charge as it is.

Otherwise I am sure we can find a trustworthy person to be treasurer@sv650.org. Nice title
