OK, you may have noticed that I've got my sorting hat on today.

anyway, flagging it up this far ahead worked a treat last time - I think we had the biggest turnout of the year bar the christmas **** up (but that was bikeless).

so get it in your diaries - NO EXCUSES! Hangers on welcome.

it roughly coincides with the same weekend we did it last year. And, as with organising most big events, there's too may people that'll stick their oar in, so best to just set a date.

Oar in :lol: I'm suppost to be off to Barcelona on the bike that day, and I'm off abroad the first weekend in September as well.

Don't know if I can change it, but we'll see :?

Now that's what I call orgnisation & forward planning. If only I could take a leaf out of your book Debs & introduce these skillz into my day to day work. I live too much by the Homer Simpson saying - why do today what you can put off until tomorrow :D . I've pencilled it into my diary.
