Good bike, sit, stay......roll over , theres a good girl!

Well i have to take a moment today to say a big thank you to
my sv Pippy as she safely and quickly escorted me from one end of the country to the other to see my girlfriend kitten.

Whilst i was up there we arranged a meet with the pennine massive which was great to put some faces to name on here.

The sv handled faultlesy and is now even better after fitting a new clutch cable thanks to slingers who supplied it!

I cruised back down the M6 at about 80 - 85 mph and it maintained speed very well, despite its restriction. The sore backside has begun to subside but i will have to wait a coupla more days before its all ok again

The only hairy moment was when i changed down 1 too many gears and forgot to blip the throttle causing my rear wheel to lock and slip, but only for a seconf before i regained control and left everything for dust, well largish dust really.

Is it just me or do bikes develop a personality?
and do you ever thank yours after a good day out?

Take care all
Alex

P.s She is only called pippy as the alarm goes pip! silly i know but kitten was after a name for her for ages, and it dwned on me one day last week.
