I tried a fog city first and absolutely hated it!
It warped my vision a little and gave a halo effect to any light source - very nasty at night or in the rain. I could also see it in front of my eyes!
I know loads of people swear by them but I just didn't like it - horses for courese, I suppose.
I have a Foggy Respro Mask fitted to my Shoei XR900 and I find it works a treat. Having got used to it being there, I now don't like riding without it! It is worth pointing out that it is made of Neoprene & therfore makes you sweat. It then absorbs the sweat into the fabric cover. I've done about 8000 miles with it in, it's been washed already & it now needs another wash! :?
I also find that if I'm hot, my visor can still mist up, due to the heat coming from my head! So I also use Bob Heath visor spray when it starts to get colder outside! This works well as long as you don't put too much on & you do polish it out well... It doesn't like water though! Kinda turns a translucent, milky white colour! Very offputting, I can promise you!
