Will an R1 Race Can fit an SV650 00?
 

I can get one of these reasonably cheap but need to know if the thing will fit (pipe diameter)...

It only needs a little bit of pipe (8 inch) as I had a system on before and I've got the sleeve, so its a question of whether the pipe is same diameter. R1 riders on this site?

How much is it? I don't think it'll fit without modification... And you'll need to work something out for the hanger as well. Still think it's a huge false economy to buy a can for another bike unless you already have the right link and hanger forthat exact type of can...

I can make/get a hanger easy enough. I've already got a link pipe, if only I knew the darn pipe diameter!

£16, 3 hrs to go and two bids (so far). The angle which the pipe bends away from exhaust is about the same as SV's, which is why I believe it'll do quite nicely.
