Headlight wiring route on SVSK1

Has anyone got their SVS in bits for the Winter? If so, I need a piccy of the wiring route around the headlight

I've just replaced my crappy foreign lights for genuine spenuine UK models :D , but stupidly replaced the harness without taking a photo of its original position  .

Cheers

I've got some pics of when I did this conversion - I'll try and PM them to you (can't host them anywhere, so can't add to the forum).
i've just found that I can't attach them to a PM either

Did you get a UK frontlights harness ?
Or have you modified the European harness ?

 My eyes, my eyes!

For the pitty's sake, make those pictures a bit smaller. It took me a while to download them, even on the broadband. And they are bloody huge!

Sorry
I've now reduced the pics from about 350k to about 50k
so should be quicker.

Cheers for the email and the pictures :D I'll tidy up the wiring when I get back to the bike on Monday :)

You said the harness didn't fit yours, do you know what country your bike came from? Mine was an Italian model 8) but it certainly fitted fine :?

No, I didn't figure out which country my bike came from. The guy in the spares shop spent some time going through the microfiche (thanks, Infinty) and even contacted Suzuki, but I still had a front harness which didn't fit.

I didn't think much of the wires in the harness either - much too thin for my liking !

I've still got the euro-spec headlight in a big box, I can't figure out what to do with it. I'd try and sell it, but I really can't cope with all the fools who'd be expecting a UK headlight despite what the ad would say.

I was thinking of ebay in France/Germany/Italy, but my grip of the local lingo is poor at best

Well, got it all fitted yesterday, bunged some 60/55 bulbs in it, and taddah, lots of luverly light :D :D :D If folk think the standard lights are bad, they ought to try the import ones
