Baffle question

Who rides with baffle in? got twin port blue flame evo today and took both baffle out, and had a test fire at home... my parents lives just next door thought there was an earth quake... and the sound... sweet... does the plod usually stop you if you had both baffle out? and if so, what do you usually say to them? (assuming you had them both out).

I've got a twin port blue flame both baffles out also

Never been stopped for it, and I've ridden past plenty of police cars.

I think it depends how you are riding, if you are riding like a knob then they'll pull you if you are riding sensibly and dont do anything to draw their attention then they will probably leave you be.

If I got stopped I wouldnt say anything and wait and see what they said, if they said its to loud and would be respectful and say well yes I suppose it is excessive and then see what they said. I think the worst they will do is a 7 day rectification notice.. not sure though, I would just keep quiet and be respectful and hope they let me off

im considering whether to swap the race scorpion can on mine for an identical road legal can. Its not so much for the police or noise, just for the fact that i dont like the idea of having my insurance declared void in any circumstance.

If you're worried about getting stopped, put the baffles & circlip pliers in a bag under your back seat/hump, then if you do get stopped, you can carry out the remidial action there & then (so hopefully no producer/fine etc )

I've never been stopped for my Twin port Art, but I did get some funny looks of some coppers pulling people over on the A30, so I thought better of it and stuck the Remus on. I'll leave it off till the summer.

Plus it was a bit to noisey when I left home at 6:30am...
