Coating front calipers

Can anyone tell me the thread (by chewy?) which had details on getting the front calipers sorted. I've tried searching but to no avail.

Also if anyone has a URL for cheap caliper pots (front, all four) let me know as I've used a pair of plyers to unseize mine. :(
