You shouldn't need much clutch when doing burnout... Just let it out whilst increasing revs then let go of the clutch completely... Don't slip the clutch at all as you will, as you've found out, f**k the clutch up  You just need to slip it a bit to get the wheel spinning and thats it.. should take a couple of seconds to get it spinning too...

damn thats one expensive burnout innit :(

I think they took the pee with their prices for Oil and coolant tho.
but its not like it would have made a huge diffrence anyway.

I also saw those and thought  but gave it the benefit of the doubt in case they were very special nuts bolts and washers.
For £3.27 i'd want a pure gold one or one as big as my head to be honest.

Last time i went to buy one washer from the plumbing shop he asked if thats al i needed and when i said yeh.... he let me have it. So how cheap should a washer be then????

madmartyn 24-03-05 09:13 PM

i had a customer come in today all he wanted was 6 m8 a2 stainless washers and 6 m8 a2 stainless single coil spring washers let him have them aint worth the time writing out a reciept for them
