Gas Leak

Has anyone had any problems with gas leaking from the carbs? On my 2002 sv their is fuel leaking from a tube coming from the bottom of the carb, i cant figure out what that tube is, overflow?

I've never used the drain screw, but I think if you use it the fuel flows out of the 2 wee hoses that stick into the middle? Could be wrong.

Sounds like the drains are open, close them.
