Carbon fibre clutch cover

Anyone know if you can get one of these for an SV650 Generation 1... and if so, how much are they?

Also, what other cf bits and pieces can you get for the engine casing?

I looked about for these a few months ago and gave up eventually. They just don't seem to be made for the SV - I guess we're not meant to grind out engine casings down like those Gixxer riders!

There were a couple of companies that make bespoke stuff - but it was very expensive and you'd be without your bike for a fair while. Because of that I didn't keep any details - sorry.

That's because you are looking inthe wrong place.

Check out http://www.bikejohnny.com/ and click on the Creations Engine Armour link.

Ah now young fellas,if you had a bike with a "silent" errr hum  dry clutch then you could go for one of those nice vented jobbies. Then entertain yourself watching the bits and bobs spin around! 8)

Someone actually does one for the SV, though it's sealed and has perspex windows. Hellishly expensive though.

Would a dry clutch with vented clutch cover stay 'dry' in the UK though?
Curse you and your spanish weather!

Hopefully, in a couple of years, the forgotten generation.
