Tyre Pressures
Probibly already been said, but had new front tyre fitted (Dunlop), at Bike Dealer, took it easy for 60-70 miles, but tyre felt strange, thought, Oh new tyre, then checked pressure, 29psi  added the missing 4psi, and  happy, always check your pressures

Moved to biking issues
|
Why?
. |
Why I moved it? Cause it's a general biking issue and not a SV specific topic
|
No it isn't it's either a Tuning and Tweaking or a Tyres issue. But it's certainly re-enforced the view I've had lately that Biking Issues is often misunderstood and therefore ought to perhaps have a better description which I shall attend to.
. |
So what part of the post is not to be deemed as a biking issue? :?
|
well it's one of those simple changes that can have a huge effect on how the bike performs. so it's more of a tweek than a biking issue, but i would take biking issues to mean the issues that affect biking in general. like laws, restrictions, and predjudices. not so much tyre pressures.
But then again. what do i know, i'm just a lowly member  |
Yes that's how I see it and why BI was set up. But it's definitely not obvious to a lot of people so therefore it's my fault for not making it so. Will rectify it ;)
. |
Errrr yeah it's his fault :stupid:
|
I would just like the 20 seconds back that it took me to read about someone putting 4 psi into thier tyre.
Maybe I should post every time I need to readjust my wing mirrors. |
