Rideout Sat 9th

aye up folks.

as many of you are aware Mr Courdelion is currently working/living in Ireland. he will be returning to from his missionary work to England for a short break, so how about a nice ride out .

we want to see as many lads and lassies (especially lassies!!!!!) as we had on the hawes and Giggleswick (bbc) run,

any suggestions where to go, i was possibly thinking of north yorks, with amarko or cloggsy giving us a tour of hartside?, any suggestions greatfully accepted

off you go then................

I wish I could join you but Im booked in for a dyno run at 9am. :?

Sorry won't be there I'm going to hereford for the weekend

Would love to come along but my idea of a ride out maybe a bit shorter than yours so will leave the route setting to someone else :-)
I suggest Pately bridge, Grassington area up round to Leyburn and Masham?? and it's not too far from where I live - well actual it's my back yard

May be working that Saturday but:

Otley - Pateley- Lofthouse - Masham (stop 1) - Leyburn - Reeth - Whaw - Brough (stop2) - Sedbergh - KL - Ingleton - Ribbleshead (stop 3) - Settle - Kettlewell - Grassington - Skipton - Otley.

Short runners omit Reeth loop: ie Leyburn - Aysgarth - Buckden - Grassington - Pateley.

Hmmm went there in 1980 too many times, ended up engaged to the "Hereford Cow". Thank god I saw the error of my ways and never went back.

Used to drink in a pub called the David Garrick, it was done up like a Borneo long house with bits of surplus military kit hung off the walls and a bloodly long snake skin drapped round one
