So, what do you think? Will London get the Games?

I'm not putting a "Don't know" option, you'll just have to think about it. If you can't think, then just indicate if you'd be happy if London got the games.

i reckon we will y'know....dunno why, paris are red hot and dutch favorites, t'will be good, 7 years of panicking that we wont be ready, floods of immigrant "workers" crossing the channel.....ah the joys

if blair told bob gandolf he would double aid (the helpful sort... not aids) to africa if he would convince the board to have the games in england. afterall if anyone can convince them to hold an event of that size in a stadium that doesn't exsist. it's bob.

I don't know if we'll get it or not, but I do hope we don't. It'll just be a massive embarrasment due to further displays of government incompetance.

Personally I'd say give it to the French, let them screw up their economy by paying for it and its only a short hop over the channel to go see some events anyway and will probably work out cheaper than using uk public transport to get there
