SV650S 05 Rear Hugger?
 

Hi Guys,
Just picked up my new bike, would like to get a rear hugger for it, however I think that £150 from Suzuki is a little over priced dont you?

The bike is Black so I hope this means I should be able to get one slightly cheaper. Best I can find is £70 from skidmarx.

any other ideas where I can get one?

also looking to get rid of the plastic wedge, are there any direct replacement tail tidys yet that do not require any modification?

Don't know about the hugger i just had a suzuki one put on before i picked up my K5 but i fitted a hamicad tail tidy the other week and it looks so much better.

Not sure if they have it now - but I have a K4 and ordered from Skidmarx - however it did not fit with the pre-drilled holes. When I spoke to them they admitted that the swingarm on the K4 and K5 was slightly longer than that on the K3.

I ended up selling it to a mate for his K3, and haven't got round to calling them to see if they got the new model or not.

If you enquire and they have it - then let me know please!

be a bit careful - I bought a Pyramid Plastics carbon fibre hugger for my K4, only to discover that it was technically designed for the K3, and the K4 had a toolbox in a place that the K3 didn't have, - it gradually wore a hole in the hugger :cry:

Best to check that the design of the K5 hasn't changed from K4

Anybody know if the rear is different :?:
