Tyre reccomendations
 

Anybody got a reccomendation for Rear tyres for a K2 SV650? I've had Metzelers, have heard good things about Bridgestones though.

Sorry if this is a repeat post, I had a scan through and couldn't see any tyre posts, this is my first post so I'm not really up to speed with whats been going on.

Ive just fitted Metz Roadtec Z6's ( to my Ducati).

Scrubbed them in yesterday as a matter of fact. (300km ride in wet and dry conditions) Impressed by the difference between a new round tyre and an older square tyre.

Why Metz's ?

After asking around about tyres and getting various recommendations, I kind of worked out for my self that I (and most riders) never ride their bikes and tyres to the full potential of this gear - for various reasons.
I decided to get tyres that seemed to offer performance as well as durabilty (tyre life). The Metz's seemed to fit the bill and suit my ride style as well as coming highly regarded mostly.

BTW: Previously running Sports tyres ( D207s) now Sport /Touring Tyres ( Metz Z6's) - The sport tyres were a waste on me.
