The good news is that the quack says it's healing nicely :D ,
and all I have to do for now is concentrate on the physio to
get the movement back and to build up the strength - despite
having a flexible brace and doing my exercises, most of the
muscles have turned to jelly :cry:

i wonder if the doctors that did that to u can do a wolvereen type job to me. id like a metal skull firstly, also spikes out of my hands would be nice.
