Semi for me too - I think that those that have tried fully synthetic have had few problems.

I used to work for a Suzuki dealer and if ever we phoned their technical people for advice on a transmission glitch (Dragging clutch and noisy gear selection being favourite) their first question was always "Has the bike got fully synthetic oil in it?". If the answer was "Yes" their advice was always "Put something else in it" and putting something else (eg. semi-synth) in it always did the trick.
Also, the Castrol rep once told me that the last thing anyone should put in a new engine is fully-synthetic because it is so efficient it will prevent the engine running-in. As Castrol obviously make more profit from their most expensive products, any advice not to buy it must be worth heeding.

Semi too.Better to put a lower spec oil in as long as it is of adequate quality and spend the money you save on changing it more often IMHO.
