Help - need advice on suspension settings

I've got an '05 650s that I've started to notice is a little hard on the suspension at low speed. If riding along the usual dog rough tarmac b roads in Dover at 30mph, it seems like the setup is really stiff and I feel like i'm bouncing of the seat or I'm coming down and the bike bumps up to meet me - this is all very minute but noticable. Don't worry, I'm not 4 inches of the seat or anything! Also, when powering out of a roundabout the other day the front went really light and give a wiggle - so should any small adjustments be made to keep the front on the ground when the weight is on the back wheel?

I weigh 12 stone and wondered if anyone had a setup they find gives good low speed comfort without comprising higher speed stability around this weight.

Is it all standard? You must be the only person above 10 stone who considers the SV too hard... Where's it set now?
