Adjusting the Fuel Injection thingy

Before the site when down a thread was bumped that had a detailed how to on adjusting the revs when the fuel injection kicks in properly and stops it being jerky in low revs, does anyone know what the tread was called as I was intending to give it a go but I can't find the thread anymore?

Sorry the vague and probably inaccurate description of the procedure but my memory is poor.
