What the Top speed of a curvy SV650s??

Well i went out on a rideout with mainly bigger bikes today 400s+ and wanted to know what top speed you lot get out of your SVs?

of course i tested mine on a racetrack  and got 130mph just, i though they could get 140mph. There was still about 4k revs before redline and think it could be my jacket (big winter textiles) that causing drag hense less top end.

Anyways hope you can help me and heres and nice pic of my SV650s at Brighton seafront because.....not sure why but im sure it makes it more interesting!!

If I remember correctly its about 132mph (just slightly less then the pointy at 134mph), which correcting for the over reading speedo works out about....

.....46mph :-k 8-[

fast enough

is it 132mph true speed or 132mph BEFORE speedo error if without taking speedo error into the equation but about 120-125mph?

Indicated, think. Some folks have been running GPS same time

I was 'following' a curvey once and I was too afraid to look  but he claimed an indicated 132.

Top end's not everything, tho, dude
 :D

i know, on the way back i was on twisties with the firblade in the pic and a zx7r and the grunt and handling of the SV made it really fun to keep up and they were quite surprise i did (so was i to some extent)

but when on a Duel carriage way with big bike 130 isnt enough so of the time, i get there and think "ah, not going to anymore than this..."

Dont get me wrong I LOVE MY SV and didnt buy it because it was fast (was going to get a Zx6r but insurance was a joke wereas the SV is £490 TPFT) just wish it was say 140 top end, im not fussed though!!
