...who dont ride.

For ****s sake...the last two guys who have sat on my bike have dropped in inside a week.
Im no longer letting anyone take the weight of the bike....

...but is it only me who has retarded friends or everyone?

No I let my mate Phil ride my old plag 3 or 4 times, dropped it every time.
You would have thought I'd learn't after the first time wouldn't you.

It was quite ammusing trying to guess how long he would stay on and then watching him crash.
Good job the old C50 was knackered piece of crap to start with. :D

Not quite the same but I let my 10 y/o nephew sit on the bike and switched in on (all under his fathers supervision). He asked what makes it go so I showed him the throttle (in Neutral) and he wanted a go....

The little bugger revved it past the red-line and a huge cloud of cr@p came out of the can.

Little git probably cleaned the engine out a bit!

If my mate wants to sit on it, then they get the I'm holding the mirror stalks treatment, until I am happy. Wheeling it about however, is a different matter.

I had to get my brothers, neither of them bikers, to wheel mine into the garage for me (through the tiny back door too) after I did my knee in... They had about 3 fights and got completely stuck going through the door, but luckily I managed to poke the sidestand down with a crutch before they let it overbalance to the left. Never again!

i always let my mates sit on my bike (as long as they actually are my mates)

ive had it a few times when people i dont know ask to sit on my bike and get offended by me saying "no"

last summer, after work, a coleauge asked to sit on my bike, i let him in our carpark.
when he gets on, police car pulls up and thinks that he is riding it without helmet, insurance ect ect.

took alot of persuading, even though i had the keys in my jacket pocket for them not to nick us.

Let my best mate ride my bike all the time, but he rides a 125, and has passed his full test. I did let my other mates sit on my bike, they didn't ride bikes at the time, but I was right next to it and it wouldn't have gone anywhere. One of them asked for a go, was promptly told to **** off lol. He said he just wanted to learn how to ride a bike, so we bought a c90 project bike for £100 between 4 of us, then cleaned it up nice, then he wheelied it THROUGH his garage, very glad I didn't let him on the SV now. Did sell it in total for £160 though, so not bad.
