7500 SERVICE/Book stamp

The sv650sK4 is due its 7500 mile service. Being a bit handy with the tools I have done everything except throttle valve synchronisation and inspect the PAIR system. I have the manual to do these items, yet has anyone done these on there pointy and was it difficult? Also I am really reluctant to put it to a dealer as I dont trust them so does anyone know where I can get a stamp in the book???
