You know what? Having looked at the weather forcast for tomorrow I just might wimp out.

I seem to be suffering more and more with this damn Raynaud's disease. At the moment I am using the car for work. I can drive 22 miles home with the climate control set on 24 degrees and still have stone cold hands by the time I get home.

I rode the bike on Wed and my finger tips had actually gone black by the time I got to work. Bit worring really. :roll: :roll:

I could if they were effective enough. In the past they worked. At the moment they wont.
