Electric guitar update

Thought i'd let you that since Christmas i've been making steady progress with my guitar, with the help of some lessons as well.

In the three months i've been playing i've learnt:
  • Oasis-Wonderwall
    Oasis-Supersonic
    Green Day-Basket Case
    Black Sabbath-Paranoid
    Bon Jovi-Livin on a Prayer
    AC/DC-Highway to Hell

None are by any means perfect IMO, with an odd missed note or not quite up to speed, but they're all sounding pretty good. Most of them were chosen by my tutor as they cover different techniques and stuff.

I might post a recording in a few weeks as a progress record.

Something i've notced this past month as my repertoire has improved, practice has gone from a chore to something i enjoy

Only kidding! :-)

I tried, but I can't find the time. I'm envious of anyone with musical ability and the time to learn new things :-(

Lee.

I knew you were jealous :D

I get in at least 20 minutes a day, even if its just picking up and playing through a song once or twice just before bed. Little and often is best.
