Little IT COM problem (Only for proper IT peeps not wanabes)

I keep getting this error in my eventlog on my server.
Code:

The machine wide limit settings do not grant Remote Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {5A5AA0AA-1DEB-4683-96B0-B43301E83971} to the user AR\ASmith SID (S-1-5-21-22892554-2750462794-3802721320-1135). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
Now it apear all day long, just for that user though.
I have checked that that CLSID is assigned to HP Port Resolver. There seems to be loads of articles on how to sort this out but when i have tried them it does not work.

I have checked the sec & lauch permission for that object in the 'Component Services' tool but it still comes up with the error.

Some people have mentioned that this can be a major problem for people and some have deleted the object.

I have only checked 'Component Services' on the server not on the local machine that the user uses.

Only real diff with that user is that he has a local HP LPT printer on his computer.

Any Ideas?

This article says that it might be a problem with the HP printer drivers on the users machine - perhaps try removing them and using generic ones? Only googled this answer
