Hot Sauce anyone?
I like a bit of spice in my food and decided that I'd try something a bit extreme :)
Just ordered some "Blairs 3am Reserve" from UKChillifarm and I intend to try some at lunch. This stuff is rated at 2million scovilles. The Scoville scale measures the capsacin level of a sauce with the capsacin being the element that adds that "Heat". Pure capsacin is 16million capsacin and is hard to get (at sensable prices) Heres a comparison for those that want to put 2million in perspective. Jalapeno – 2.500 Scovilles Tabasco – 30,000 Scovilles Police Grade Pepper Spray – 1.5Million Scovilles Wish me luck :) Bog roll is in the freezer! |

Yooooooooooooo loooooooooooooony!
I'd like a well structured report please... |
It does beg the question "why?"
I love a good hot Phal, but I eat it because I enjoy it, not to test my endurance :!: |
I think your **** might resemble the Japanese flag or a blood orange by this evening

I bought a packet of Blair's "Death Rain" crisps in Canada. I was running around the hotel room with my mouth on fire after eating about 3/4 of the packet! |

I've got a few of the Blair's sauces at home, the hottest being the 'Sudden Death' sauce. Its absolutely wicked stuff but i believe the 3am reserve is the hottest they've made yet isnt it? i tell you, take it easy or you will pay!! one or two small drops of the sudden death make a bombay bad boy pot noodle seem mild.
