K&N Filters & fueling problems??
 
Hi
I run a K3 650 with a remus can baffle, out of course... if running a K&N air filter element do the SV, s need remapping or are they fine??

My K3 ran fine (baffle out,) without a re-map, however, if I had kept it, that would have been the next thing on the list to have done :!:

got new pipe and filter
never had it re jetted and all is well! no probs at all!

Seems that filters do very little for the injected models... Sort of like putting a K&N in a curvy, because they're not very good you don't run drastically lean.

The sensible thing to do is pop it on a dyno though, it's cheap and it's also pretty cool to see.
