Oh dear, have I been silly or what????

Sprayed alloy wheel cleaner onto my handlebars by mistake. Black housings for lights and indicators are now covered in white speckles. And I cant get them off with water. Any suggestions folks????

Heard WD40 is quite good :?: not tried it my self though, but worth a try.
