Power Commanders!!?? Anyone tried one???
 

Hi everyone!!
I'm new here,I've got a K5 SVS,with race Akropovic exhaust system,tail tidy,and soon to have Clear indicators.
I was thinking about buying a (dyno-jet) POWER-COMMANDER, Only so far not found any articles on whether or not they are worth the money,and what the power increase is.
Any help would be much appreciated.

if its a full system then yes a p/c is a good thing to have as for power it only frees up the power already produced but derestricting the exhaust by matching the air/ fuel mix and this would be done at a dyno jet tuning centre you could also have the same thing done via the pro teka it wont be as good and you will change the mapping in your ecu but it would be much cheaper £200 odd quid for the p/c +£150 give or take a few quid thats £350+ fitting the unit. And the teka would cost £100 for set up. Its up to you
