I went to a funeral of a friend's relative today. Turned up, sat in waiting room and followed everyone into the chapel. Only I managed to walk into the wrong funeral, they have two chapels in the one crematorium.

So I had to sit through the funeral of a certain Harry King who I understand has led a full and interesting life and even played for a wartime Scotland rugby team. #-o

Tempting though it was I didn't go back to the hotel for tea and scones! :lol:

I got flashed by a mobile speed camera. I went past it doing a solid 90mph.

I thought it was somebody from the highways agency doing surveying as it was just a bloke with a Hiz Viz and a tripod. Then I wandered why he was taking my picture :oops:

That'll be another 3 points then. :evil: :oops: :oops: :oops:

Not done anything that stupid today, had a complete spaz moment yesterday.

Turning right into my road, had to stop as there was a car coming the other way,
quick check of the mirror and lifesaver and pulled away, for no apperant reason lost my balance and nearly dropped it at 3mph, paddled across the road both feet down CBT style :oops:

I got pulled by an umarked car on the A52 from Derby last week doing between 75 and 95 whilst "making progress" :oops:

it was a dual carriageway, so 3 points will be all he's collecting right now.

90 in a dual carriage way up North (Yorkshire) is likely to get you closer to 5 in the form of a nice court appearence. :shock: :cry:

Dual Carrirage Main trunk road. Speed limit is 70mph. Its my fault I shouldnt have been speeding.

Theres a good article in MCN this week about using a template letter on www.pepipoo.com to get off the offense. I think I might find out more about doing that.
