Shamlessly stolen from Newsround this morning...
The kids were watching Newsround over breakfast this morning & I caught this...
Did you know that at 2 minutes and 3 seconds past past 1 this morning it was... 01:02:03:04:05:06 As in 1:02:03am on the 4th May 2006 :!: This phenomena won't happen again for another 72 years (apparently :?) Yes, I am bored  |

In 72 years it will be 2078. So how do they work that out? 01:02:03 04:05:78 doesnt quite work   Surely 100 years to 2106 will be the next time this happens. :? But then Im having another dumb day so Ive probably missed the obvious again. :( |
01:02:03 04:56:78, maybe?
or, in a more serious tone, anything the likes of 01:23:04 05:06:78 01:02:34 05:06:78 or any other combination... :? Yep, I'm even more bored now. |

It was the inconsistency in using the 0 in front of numbers that threw me. |
Wow, how lucky is that? If it hadn't been for your post, this exceptionally useful piece of information would have passed me by...
   |
