Some brighton pics
Took the family down to Brighton today (went via Goudhurst, Rye, A259 ---> Hastings ----> Brighton then home via A26,A227
There seemed to have been some sort of vintage commercial vehicle show on but as it was quite late when we got there, I only managed a few photos. brilliant pics-
but I do looorve those railings in shot one.. they are ace.. I would like to go back to that era for a day- no mobiles- no TV- everyone polite...... and all tose vehicles would then be state of the art !! |

Nice. I can remember telephone vans like those, from the mid 1960s. Wonder how many of the present ones will be around in 40 years' time.

Damn lorries/Busses etc. They caused mayhem on the A/M23 last night.
However, Brighton was most enjoyable. Didnt see the show until it was driving through Brighton. |
