Hailstones, the size of tangerines, which fell on Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas in the afternoon, smashed on many shops and office windows. Local suppliers ran out of replacement glass and hundreds of tons had to be ordered from London. It was estimated that in Tunbridge Wells that in a quarter of an hour that 100 tons on the acre fell in Caverley Park and 108 per acre at Hawkenbury - a "truly phenomenal storm".

Errr, quite possably, i might not stop though when passing by, not that i dont want to but rather my bike might not want to. :roll:
