Clutch

Guys,

02 Curvey with 3100 on the clock.

The biting point is at the very end of the lever, how do I adjust so is bit further in towards the bar?

Cheers

Rob

This one was easiest to find:

Of course, it could just need tweaking at the top adjuster- which would be simply a case of turning the bits that are attached to the lever. Turn the big wheel anti clockwise, then once it's loose turn the little wheel clockwise. That pays out a wee bit more cable. Small adjustments!

That's true, but if you want it to be right, do what i've just referred to - in my experience it's rarely the cable alone, if even the clutch itself isn't worn the lifter almost certainly is, thus resetting that first always ensures that it's all working as well as it's going to.

Don't disagree at all, just mentioned it for completeness...
