iv noticed no matter what can you have on the sv you still get a weird high pitch sound after u let of the throttle after a high rev sounds like a rattleing...

I cant open Real media files at work, but you are saying that you are gtting a rattling after revving the bike? Could be the baffle rattling, could be clamps, just something resonating on the bike. I dont get this rattling that you say, so could be just your bike :(

I've had 5 different exhausts on mine, and no rattle like that with any...

also download any medi file from sv650.org on the goodies and they do it..


sorry i cant explain it very well its like a second sound cming from the can after the sound of the engine if you get me? lol

Mine has a funny sound after backing off. I don't like it at all. Sounds like the pipe may be too open. Looking for a standard pipe to put on anyways

I've got a CCC exhaust and it did the same, sorted itself out after it was rejetted though!

You don't HAVE to rejet them, but if you don't wanna hear that noise (And give see the full potential of an aftermarket can) then do it :D
