Tyres finally done

well using the abba bike stand, car jack, haynes manual and a few new tools
i finally fitted some nice metz roadtec z6's (national fitted them for a tenner each wheel - nice guys and the guy who did em had a nice ducati in the back of the garage!)

almost scrubbed in and boy do they grip- the perfect tyre to progress from the standard one's, these are really going to get the confidence up now.

Thanks so far for all the help and advice :)

Hi lads and lassies, are these generally regarded as the best tyre choice for the sv's? if so ,how much are they? how much should i expect to pay for tyres and fitting? cheers in advance

Don't know what prices you can get in Edinburgh, (but Northwind or Scooby Drew will know) but Strathearn Tyres in Crieff stock all popular types & you can get an idea of comparative tyre prices from them.
For info on tyres check the "Tyre" section off the forum page.
