Safer Motorcycling
There's a doc just landed on my desk from ROSPA re safer motorcycling through work - producing a guide for employers on why and how to encourage staff who ride to particpate in rider training. Is states that there are strong business case for employers to promote help deliver initiatives such as presentations, rider assessment courses, post-test training up to advabced rider training, motorcycle safety day, try a bike session and track days!!
the discussion report is www.rospa.com/morr/info/safer_motorcycling.pdf Any views post them up and I should be able to get them included on draft materials. Abs |
It would be interesting to see an updated version of this that could be put forward as a buisness case, see what my manager would think of it...

Things are looking up - back in the eighties ROSPA policy was to ban bikes altogether as they couldn't be made as safe as a car.
