So whats the craic
Ok whats everyone been up to recently??
Been anywhere on 2 wheels.... I took a ride around the Bush Races today after yesterdays fantastic racing. Thats a tight circuit - amazing to think of those big 'thous' gunning it around the corners. What have the rest of ya been doing.......... dont be shy  |
Guess TotalSv Ireland is a lost cause. I am kinda new to the forum and been trying to check out wats happening over here,,, nothing by the looks of it
Is there another forum where theres more talk about the Irish scene? |
It is a bit dormant at times.
I have not had a chance to go on the forum for a while , or the Bike for that matter as I am doing my wee house up every weekend. Just finished tiling the bathroom yesterday so family can start enjoying it from the July holiday week Can,t wait. But before that, its off to Donington on Friday to the Moto GP. jus t got my tickets. Went alst year and enjoyed it apart from getting the worst soaking I have ever had in my life. Hopefully the weather will be good this year. |
Nice Run
Hi Yvo, long time no see. Just want to thank you for your words of encouragement for April. To further our last P.M., she sold her CG  and against all my powers of persuasion she sustained her Honda affliction (despite wanting a bandit :o ) and bought a 600 Hornet :) . I'm proud of her in every way including her motorcycling progression. This girl has ridden since Oct. 04; 3k on a 50cc Aprilia Scooter, 7k on a CG 125 and 2.5k on her hornet! This was despite having an insured Sv650sk4 on which she clocked 800 miles! She is still a tad reserved for my liking but I consider her to be my voice of reason!
Anyway, we had a "nice run" on Monday evening last with the North Down Motorcycle Club(, and I stand to be corrected on that). We had a poker run on Monday 16.6.06. Saintfield, Anncloy, Whiterock/Skettrick Island, Ballywalter Rd. Millisle and The Moat Inn, Donaghadee. This seems to occur around mid-summers night or just before! Love, life and prosper! In other words "Cheers Mucker!" |
