Council having a fit
 
Last night on the way home the council have been re-chipping the road but I have come across this all over the county at the moment so be careful on the loose chippings------------------SLOW DOWN--------------------

they do this,

its supposed to give more grip when the tarmac melts, just sprinkle gravel over it.,

Nope...different sort of grit. The type when the road melts is like a dust. This stuff is a small stone used when the resurface the road :wink:

That was what holed my mates oil cooler, coming up of the front wheel,so it isn't just the surface you have to watch Bottom of my fairing has loads of little chips in it which I hadn't noticed before,but I think the fender extension saved most of the potential damage-------------TREAT WITH UTMOST RESPECT------------------------
