Power Commander

If anyone can help it would be appreciated..... I just recently purchased a Power Commander for my 2006 SV 650. I wanted to see if anyone had any maps that they found worked well for there bike. I have a Yoshi full system and a K&N filter. If you could send me anything back i would appreciate it. Thanks for the help!

I have a Power commander fitted ( with a Carbon Can Co. can and a K`N filter ) and found the maps i needed on the Power Commander website.

I am going to get it booked in for some Dyno time just to make sure both maps (baffle in and out ) are set up correctly.

One thing I always wanted to know........is this mod really worth it?

Does it make a huge difference for the price?

Just curious.

its not what you expect to be honest, i expected it to make the bike faster at top end. but i dont think it does by a noticable ammount, what it did for me was to smooth out the throttle control and gave me more midrange power. it made my bike sound and run crisper, and gave me a few more MPG.

it really does transform the bike,
but this im talking about is a CBR600,

it all depends on how well/badly your bike is setup to begin with as to whether they are worth the money.

but if i bought a new CBR, one of the first things i would do is get a power commander (as well as crash bungs and rear hugger)

there is a new function with the power commanders, the accelerator pump, anyone used it ? notice any difference ?

it can be downloaded free from the power commander website and uploaded to your power commander

I thought it was worth the money, the bike pulls hard all the way to the redline and has lost some of the "snatchyness" at low revs.

Sounds brutal now as well - LOL.
