Yeah, I'm still off work, saw my consultant and I'm definately going to be off for another three months.

Possibly longer if if what their trying either a) results in nothing and I have to have an operation, b) results in a start but a long road to walking again instead of having an operation. :roll:

There is the possibility, as I've been off since mid January now, that they'll offer to buy me off.

Anyone got any experience of this kind of thing?

Basically what figure is fair and what it taking the ****. Anyone know?

I'm honestly not on a grab for cash as I'd like to actually return to my job, but likewise there are a few things they've cocked up over the past months that have ticked me off a bit.
Screwing up my SSP so I didn't receive anything at all for three months for one thing - with no appology. :roll:
I just would like to know what would be a fair offer and what wouldn't as I've absolutely no frame of reference. :oops:

I suggest that you PM that nice chap Ed - he used to be a construction firms legal chap and dealt with personel issues.
