TAX off SORN

Help please, The bikes been SORN since August and I dont want to have to pay the tax for September so what documents will I have to take to the post office tomorrow to get my tax from this month.

I did mine yesterday, I also had the letter I received saying I had put my bike on SORN as well. But I didnt need that.

When you say 'this month' do you mean October 1st or this month coming? :? Because bear in mind that if you are starting it 01/11 you can only but it 2 days before if it has been on Sorn prior to the month you are buying for.

No tax ran out end of August have had the bike in the garden for a month just want to tax from 1st October rather than September

You can do it all online now, including declaring SORN, at DVLA I used it to take my bike off SORN - easy peasy, lemon squezy! :)
