renegade - gone

Well seems like renegade has gone.

I got through to them today and have been informed that they are no longer in the uk, they have moved there factory to portugal.

So no more custom work from them.

I guess that sorts out my dilemma of whether to give them a grand to do a twin-underseat for me.

Yep, a sad but true story. Jorge has found operating costs in the Uk high, and demand for his product dwindle over the past couple of years. Some say it was too expensive, but the quality always is. It has been on the cards for some while. So hes sold up and off hes gone. So you are right, no more custom work.

Yet another british manufaturing business gone form the UK. Good ole Labour huh!!
