Miles and Kilometres... and VOSA!
 

OK, as in the other post, i rode my 2003 SV for the first time today.

However, when I was riding, I only just noticed my speedo was in Km's.

Now I made the school boy error when I bought the bike and didnt realise the ODO was in Km's aswell!

Well, today I press the ADJ button and my bike has only 1300 miles on!

However, i've just looked at the MOT Cert and its down as 2000 Miles!

So, question is, how do i go about getting this change, as if i decide to sell the bike, it would look like my bike it clocked!

Are you only going to ride 700 more miles before you sell it?
If it's really bugging you you'll probably need to get it re-tested. The current computer test is a bit funny about changing things after the prescribed time.

set it to miles and bang some milage on!

I can sort this out. Pass the bike to me, come back two weeks later and I will have adjusted the miles to read 2100.

What's better - I will offer this service free of charge :P
