Radio Pin Code - Volvo
 

Does anyone know or work for Volvo in the UK? My battery went flat on my car and the local dealer wants to charge me £10 to look up the pin-code for my radio on their computer :? Any ideas to circumnavigate the fee appreciated...

i think it depends on how old the car is.

you should have the nuber on a card when you got the car, if you got the car 2nd hand, cheak all the paper work you got............if you have done this, please feel free to ignore me :oops:

I was completely stumped like this til I found it written on the top of the radio (only visible when removed) not very secure, but very handy :D

I've got a little 'tility here that should be able to work out the code for you depending on the model of the stereo...

Not sure if it works, it was a freebie with something or other on eBay.

Try posting here, looks like they can find the code for just about any make of stereo...
