Yoshimura or Akrapovic ?

Simple as...... Which one is the better choice of the two? Its for a curvy. Both are full stainless steel systems and around the same money, so thats not an issue. Only concerns really are build quality, impact on performance and noise factor, in that order.

I'm goin with the Yoshimura although I've not heard an Akropovic on an SV

Tough choice but if the Akra's have the carbon end caps then you've gotta go with them.

I think the triangular cans look wrong on the curvys so I would have to be the Akra

Arrow :) Yoshi for the SV seems to be pretty ordinary, not even spectacularily good build quality... Akra's very nicely made but they're all low level I think. Arrow's a lovely piece of work, and seems to dyno better- slightly better up top, much better in the midrange. It's a newer design, which probably helps... M4's a favourite too.

What do I know? I use WRP because they're very very cheap :)

Both of them lovely bits of kit, but are they not both gonna be worth more than the bike they are going on?
